Yunus 10:96
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Indeed, those against whom Allah’s decree ˹of torment˺ is justified will not believe—
