Ar-Ra'd 13:12
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
He is the One Who shows you lightning, inspiring ˹you with˺ hope and fear, and produces heavy clouds.
