Taha 20:4
تَنزِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلۡعُلَى
˹It is˺ a revelation from the One Who created the earth and the high heavens—
