قَالَ يَٰهَٰرُونُ مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذۡ رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ ضَلُّوٓاْ
Moses scolded ˹his brother˺, “O Aaron! What prevented you, when you saw them going astray,
