Al-Anbya 21:27
لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ
who do not speak until He has spoken, ˹only˺ acting at His command.
