Al-Hajj 22:75
ٱللَّهُ يَصۡطَفِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلٗا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٞ
Allah selects messengers from both angels and people, for Allah is truly All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
