Ash-Shu'ara 26:36
قَالُوٓاْ أَرۡجِهۡ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبۡعَثۡ فِي ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
They replied, “Let him and his brother wait and dispatch mobilizers to all cities
