Ar-Rum 30:26
وَلَهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ كُلّٞ لَّهُۥ قَٰنِتُونَ
And to Him belong all those in the heavens and the earth—all are subject to His Will.
