Ar-Rum 30:3
فِيٓ أَدۡنَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ غَلَبِهِمۡ سَيَغۡلِبُونَ
in a nearby land. Yet following their defeat, they will triumph
