As-Saffat 37:6
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ
Indeed, We have adorned the lowest heaven with the stars for decoration
