Ghafir 40:71
إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَٰلُ فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسۡحَبُونَ
when shackles will be around their necks and chains ˹on their legs˺. They will be dragged
