Fussilat 41:7
ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ
those who do not pay alms-tax and are in denial of the Hereafter.
