Az-Zukhruf 43:4
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ
And indeed, it is—in the Master Record with Us—highly esteemed, rich in wisdom.
