Ad-Dukhan 44:31
مِن فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
of Pharaoh. He was truly a tyrant, a transgressor.
