Al-Ahqaf 46:2
تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ
The revelation of this Book is from Allah—the Almighty, All-Wise.
