Al-An'am 6:18
وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
He reigns supreme over His creation. And He is the All-Wise, All-Aware.
