Al-Qalam 68:28
قَالَ أَوۡسَطُهُمۡ أَلَمۡ أَقُل لَّكُمۡ لَوۡلَا تُسَبِّحُونَ
The most sensible of them said, “Did I not urge you to say, ‘Allah willing.’?”
