Al-Ma'arij 70:40
فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ
So, I do swear by the Lord of ˹all˺ the points of sunrise and sunset that We are truly capable
