Al-Anfal 8:18
ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيۡدِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
As such, Allah frustrates the evil plans of the disbelievers.
