What is the ruling on dyeing the eyebrows with a colour like that of the skin?
Answer
Praise be to Allah.There
is nothing wrong with that, because the general principle in such matters
is that it is permissible unless there is evidence (daleel) from the
Qur’aan or Sunnah stating that it is haraam or makrooh.
