What is the ruling on women wearing neckties, knowing that they are made from fabrics that are only for women?
Answer
Praise be to Allah.I do not think that women should wear neckties, since we have some reservations about men wearing them – so how about women?
With regard to men, there are reservations about them wearing neckties, but nowadays we see many people wearing them, especially some employees in some departments. I hope that men feel uncomfortable about wearing them, but in the case of women, they should definitely not wear them.
