Surah Yunus — 10:97

وَلَوۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ كُلُّ ءَايَةٍ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ
even if every sign were to come to them—until they see the painful punishment.
Commentary
Even if every explanatory or universal sign comes to them, until they witness the painful punishment and believe at a time when their belief will not benefit them.
