Surah Al-Hijr — 15:84

فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
and all they achieved was of no help to them.
Commentary
The wealth and the dwellings that they had gained did not ward off Allah’s punishment.
