إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
Surely your Lord is the Master Creator, All-Knowing.
Commentary
Your Lord, O Messenger, is the Creator and the Knower of everything.
