Surah Maryam — 19:92

وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا
It does not befit ˹the majesty of˺ the Most Beneficent to have children.
Commentary
It is not befitting of the Merciful to take a son as He is pure of that.
