لَّقَدۡ أَحۡصَىٰهُمۡ وَعَدَّهُمۡ عَدّٗا
Indeed, He fully knows them and has counted them precisely.
Commentary
He has full knowledge of them and has numbered them exactly. Nothing of theirs is hidden from Him.
