ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ

the Most Beneficent, ˹Who is˺ established on the Throne.

The Merciful who established Himself on the Throne, in a meaning that is befitting for His Majesty, may He be glorified.
