Surah Ghafir — 40:23

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ
Indeed, We sent Moses with Our signs and compelling proof
Commentary
I sent Moses with My clear signs and decisive proof.
