Surah Al-Qamar — 54:49

إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٖ
Indeed, We have created everything, perfectly preordained.
Commentary
I have created everything in existence with a prior determination from Me, in accordance with My knowledge and what I had written in the Preserved Tablet.
