إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوۡلُ رَسُولٖ كَرِيمٖ
Indeed, this ˹Quran˺ is the recitation of a noble Messenger.
Commentary
That indeed, the Qur’ān is the speech of Allah, which His noble Messenger recites to the people.
