إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا جَمۡعَهُۥ وَقُرۡءَانَهُۥ
It is certainly upon Us to ˹make you˺ memorize and recite it.
Commentary
It is My duty to gather it in your chest and to establish its recitation on your tongue.
