فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ
We ˹perfectly˺ ordained ˹its development˺. How excellent are We in doing so!
Commentary
I then decreed the attributes of that child, its fate, colour etc., so I am a greatly capable of all that.
