Surah An-Naba — 78:37

رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۖ لَا يَمۡلِكُونَ مِنۡهُ خِطَابٗا
the Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything in between, the Most Beneficent. No one will dare speak to Him
Commentary
He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth and whatever is between them; the benevolent of the world and the afterlife. No one on earth or in the heavens is able to question Him except when He gives them permission.
