ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ
full of power, held in honour by the Lord of the Throne,
Commentary
One who possess strength and great rank in the sight of the Lord of the Throne, may He be glorified.
