إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ
Indeed, the wicked used to laugh at the believers,
Commentary
Those who committed wrong by the disbelief they held used to mockingly laugh at those who had faith.
