Surah Az-Zalzalah — 99:5 Sign in to save
بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوۡحَىٰ لَهَا
having been inspired by your Lord ˹to do so˺.

Commentary

Because Allah will have taught it and commanded it to do so.
