Ar-Ra'd 13:39
يَمۡحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Allah eliminates and confirms what He wills, and with Him is the Master Record.
