Al-Hijr 15:56
قَالَ وَمَن يَقۡنَطُ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
He exclaimed, “Who would despair of the mercy of their Lord except the misguided?”
