Ali 'Imran 3:127
لِيَقۡطَعَ طَرَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡ يَكۡبِتَهُمۡ فَيَنقَلِبُواْ خَآئِبِينَ
to destroy a group of the disbelievers and humble the rest, causing them to withdraw in disappointment.
