Sad 38:36
فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجۡرِي بِأَمۡرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيۡثُ أَصَابَ
So We subjected to him the wind, blowing gently at his command to wherever he pleased.
