Az-Zumar 39:37
وَمَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّضِلٍّۗ أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٖ ذِي ٱنتِقَامٖ
And whoever Allah guides, none can lead astray. Is Allah not Almighty, capable of punishment?
