Fussilat 41:4
بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا فَأَعۡرَضَ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ
delivering good news and warning. Yet most of them turn away, so they do not hear.
