Fussilat 41:3
كِتَٰبٞ فُصِّلَتۡ ءَايَٰتُهُۥ قُرۡءَانًا عَرَبِيّٗا لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ
˹It is˺ a Book whose verses are perfectly explained—a Quran in Arabic for people who know,
