Ash-Shuraa 42:30
وَمَآ أَصَٰبَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٖ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتۡ أَيۡدِيكُمۡ وَيَعۡفُواْ عَن كَثِيرٖ
Whatever affliction befalls you is because of what your own hands have committed. And He pardons much.
