Az-Zukhruf 43:31
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
And they exclaimed, “If only this Quran was revealed to a great man from ˹one of˺ the two cities!”
