Ad-Dukhan 44:42
إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
except those shown mercy by Allah. He is truly the Almighty, Most Merciful.
