Qaf 50:18
مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
not a word does a person utter without having a ˹vigilant˺ observer ready ˹to write it down˺.
