At-Tawbah 9:15

وَيُذۡهِبۡ غَيۡظَ قُلُوبِهِمۡۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

removing rage from their hearts. And Allah pardons whoever He wills. For Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
