Al-Mu'minun 23:46
إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ
to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people.
