Ad-Dukhan 44:22
فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوۡمٞ مُّجۡرِمُونَ
Ultimately, he cried out to his Lord, “These are a wicked people!”
